"I Know How This Story Ends... With Me Leaving" Graphic Tee

Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some of our apparel and accessories are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size selected, change of mind, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll investigate the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

CURATED PRODUCTS

Our curated beauty, lifestyle, accessories, little treats, and other select products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

For returns that are not related to a defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, taxes, and other delivery-related fees are generally non-refundable.

Do not send any return without authorization.

Email thefinalgirldept@gmail.com to open a case.

Products that are created specifically after purchase will be identified as Made to Order on the product page whenever applicable.

All other eligible merchandise follows our Curated Products return policy

Please contact the Department as soon as possible.

Send us your order number, the name of the affected item, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.

We’ll review your case and work with our production or fulfillment team to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, reprint, refund, or return request.

Please do not send an item back until we have provided return instructions.

No incident report needed just yet.

The Final Girl Dept. works with multiple production and fulfillment locations, so items in the same order may be prepared and shipped separately.

That means your order may arrive in more than one package, on different days, and with separate tracking numbers.

You’ll receive tracking information as each part of your order heads your way

Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, international shipping conditions, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays.

If your package appears unusually delayed or tracking has stopped updating, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
